Of course Bill Gates wants "one agriculture for the entire world" . . etc. Many of the people running these big corporations are psychopaths, and the corporations themselves become psychopathic, too. Narcissistic, psychopathic people and organizations are out of touch with reality, and cannot effectively handle ANY level of real, organic complexity. They're only capable of handling the artificial systems they've set up, and try to force EVERYTHING to fit that narrow mold. Their psychotic systems are, in fact, only superficially more efficient. They're generally only "efficient" at pillaging and destroying everything around themselves. It's like the ancient observation about the Romans: "The Romans make a desert and call it 'peace' ".

It's a shame that our work culture as a whole doesn't embrace the physical and mental health wellness as much as they say they do. The integration of these aspects with the farming you're doing is great!
